Turn a plain paper bag into a gift filled with kindness, love, and needed hygiene items
Make local senior citizens their own sweet snuggle bunnies (don’t forget to name them!)
Turn simple fabrics into fun toys for cats and dogs in a local animal shelter
What’s Included?
Your child will unwrap their custom Share Your Birthday Box to find:
A cheerful card thanking them for caring for others
A small gift to celebrate their birthday
Everything they need to complete the project they’ve chosen
Grown-ups will appreciate:
Ready-to-go supplies for each child with easy-to-follow project directions
Conversation starters about empathy, kindness, gratitude, being socially responsible, and the nonprofit
Cards for each partygoer to take home highlighting how they made a difference
An image highlighting the project to include on email or text invitations
Optional text to include on invites asking for the nonprofit’s wish list items in lieu of gift
An opportunity to deliver the donations as a family (or, we will do it for you!)
After the party, a Live Inside Out (LIO) Certificate will be mailed to the birthday child to recognize their kindness and impact
How much does it cost?
Each Share Your Birthday Box is $50 + $8/child. If the cost per child is a struggle financially, please indicate that when you request your box. We never want cost to be the barrier for kids to build character through service.
How do I sign up?
Complete the form below at least three weeks before the party date. If your party is sooner, please email Brittany@insideouclub.org directly. $50 is due when you sign up.
What happens next?
After you sign up, we will contact you within a couple of days to confirm details and to ask any follow-up questions
You will provide the final number of children expected at least one week before the pick-up date
We will pack a custom Share Your Birthday Box for your child
You will pick up the box near downtown Naperville in time for your child’s party, and pay the remaining balance ($8/child)
The gifts your child and their friends make will be donated
