Participation— Participate fully: Be informed about the organization’s mission, services, policies, and programs. Review agenda and supporting materials prior to Board and committee meetings. Actively contribute to discussions at meetings. Assist the Board in carrying out its fiduciary responsibilities, such as reviewing the organization’s annual financial statements. Represent IOC in a positive manner. Recruitment— Assist in the recruitment of new Board members who can make significant contributions to the work of the Board and the organization. Direct Financial Support — 100% of the board will provide a meaningful financial contribution to the organization. Board members discern for themselves that “meaningful “means for them and their families. These gifts are a direct donation to the Inside Out Club. Please indicate your annual pledge amount for the current fiscal year below and your anticipated manner of payment (i.e. $50, monthly, $500, annual).*Payment Options* Check Online at https://www.insideoutclub.org/donate Indirect Financial Support (i.e. Give or Get) - In addition, board members will “give or get” $250 to support the organization. This is can be fulfilled by any combination of the following that adds up to $250: direct financial gifts, company sponsorship, event ticket purchase by yourself and/or contacts of yours, in-kind donation(s), raffle prizes, and/or donations raised by you for the race.For the previous year, using the space below, list your support and the total of that support. Thanking Donors—Cultivating existing donors (calling $250+ donors to extend a personal thank you) Event Planning – Serve on or chair one of the IOCD’s fundraising event planning committees.
