The Inside Out Club DuPage Operations Manager, a mid-level administrative position, will be responsible for overseeing operations (program, administrative and fundraising). This position will be 10-15 hours a week with the expectation of 500 – 720 hours a year. The Manager should be flexible in balancing hours throughout the year (days/evenings/weekends) to allow for more time during “busy seasons” which include times like our winter fundraiser, fundraising race and program startups. As Inside Out Club DuPage grows there is potential for this position to increase in time and responsibility.
The Manager will train at the Executive Director’s work location in Naperville and then will be able work from home. The Manager will have control over their schedule except for preplanned events and team meetings. Computer and internet access will not be provided, but are required for this position.
