Marion B. Ruthig
Founder & Executive Director
Marion was a certified public accountant with over 12 years of experience. She started her career at the Northern Trust in Chicago working on various types of trusts, including charitable remainder trusts. After that, she spent seven years working as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP serving a wide array of clients in various industries. She worked for Grinnell College’s Treasurer’s Office for three years, which included working with their Development Office on potential planned gifts as well as the review of charitable trust tax returns. More recently she worked for Klein, Hall & Associates LLC in Naperville, IL, where she audited nonprofits and prepared their tax returns. In September of 2012 she became an entrepreneur by founding I Support Community, now Inside Out Club DuPage. She lives in Naperville with her husband and three children.
Community Development Manager
With 15 years of experience in volunteer and program management, fundraising and special events, Brittany’s passion lies in simplifying the process of giving back. She has a proven track record of matching the right giving opportunity with the right person or organization, and genuinely enjoys the process. After earning her BA in hospitality and nonprofit management from University of Central Florida, Brittany worked at Ronald McDonald House Charities in Orlando, San Diego and Chicago, and with the American Red Cross in San Diego. She returned to her hometown of Naperville, IL, in 2014, where she lives with her husband and two sons.
Inside Out Club Leader & Project Designer
Diane graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in foreign language education. She taught Spanish in public schools, then worked for the International Welcome Center of a Georgia school district helping to ensure students were offered the language and social services they needed to be successful in school. Diane moved to Naperville, IL, from Georgia in 2014 to be near family. She has always always had a passion for serving her community, and she became involved in Inside Out Club in 2015 when her oldest son started kindergarten as a way to help develop a similar passion in her children. Diane enjoys crafting, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Autumn graduated from Aurora University with a major in elementary education in May of 2021. She likes spending her time being active outside with family and friends. Specifically, she enjoys playing softball, golf, tennis and going snowboarding in the winter. She hopes that by staying true to herself, “inside and out,” she can positively impact others and her community!
Inside Out Club Leader
Emily graduated from Naperville Central High School, and is currently attending Grand Valley State University (GVSU) pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Group Social Studies, with her sights on becoming an elementary teacher. Emily has been on the honor roll throughout all years of high school and on the Dean’s List during her college career. She loves volunteering and has been a leader in an organization at GVSU managing a house of 17 girls throughout the school year. Emily has worked in numerous places in Naperville, IL, helping children of a variety of ages. She started working for Inside Out Club in 2021 to make a greater impact on the community and the future generation.
