Inside Out Club children support the following 50+ nonprofits partners through their Inside Out Club volunteer and learning activities!  

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation is dedicated to rescuing, fostering, and caring for homeless dogs and orphan cats while we find them their forever homes. 

ANGEL FLIGHT SOARSTM arranges free air transportation for people who need to travel to receive lifesaving medical treatment, but lack the means.

BERNIE’S BOOK BANK sources, processes and distributes quality children’s books to significantly increase book ownership among at-risk infants, toddlers and school-age children throughout Chicagoland.

CELEBRATE DIFFERENCES is committed to creating a world where individuals with disabilities and their families feel a part of a larger, accepting community. 

COMFORT FOR CRITTERS  is a volunteer program that donates free handmade blankets to comfort homeless pets living in animal shelters across the United States. 

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.  They envision a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

BRIDGE COMMUNITIES serves homeless families in DuPage County with mentoring, housing, and supportive services.

DUPAGE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM inspires families to laugh, learn, and love spending time together. Through exhibits, programs, and special events, every experience is designed to help children develop a strong foundation of creativity, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and confidence – strengths that help them grow to become resilient, innovative, life-long learners.

DUPAGE UNITED was founded and exists today to change systems and structures that are unjust.

THE CONSERVATION FOUNDATION  improves the health of our communities by preserving and restoring open space and natural lands, protecting rivers and watersheds, and promoting stewardship of our environment in northeastern Illinois.

BLESSINGS IN A BACKPACK ensures that kids nationwide have full bellies over the weekend by sending them home on Fridays with backpacks full of satisfying and nutritional food.

DUPAGE SENIOR CITIZENS COUNCIL initiates, delivers, monitors, and coordinates services that promote the ability of older persons to live their lives in dignity. 

HEART OF A VETERAN’S mission is to help veterans and their caregivers reach their health goals through holistic and alternative modalities.

LITERACY DUPAGE recruits and trains volunteers to tutor adults who wish to improve their English speaking, listening, reading, and/or writing. Sitting side-by-side with learners every day, they aren’t just teaching literacy, they’re changing lives.

NAMI DUPAGE  provides support, advocacy and education in order to improve the quality of life of individuals with mental illnesses and their families.

BLUEBEE TEEVEE is a kid-friendly video series that talks about autism and was written, filmed, performed and voiced by autistic talent! They help children see past differences, learn acceptance and understanding, and discover that we’re all pretty much the same at heart.

DUPAGE PADS is on a mission to end homelessness. The organization provides interim and permanent housing, coupled with support services in order to help individuals work toward a place to call home.

FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF DUPAGE COUNTY strives to protect and improve the county’s natural areas while providing high-quality educational and recreational experiences for the people who call DuPage home.

HONOR FLIGHT CHICAGO’S mission is to fly our senior war heroes to Washington, D.C. for a day of honor at the memorials built in tribute to them. This is done at no cost to the veteran and is intended as a heartfelt thank you for their sacrifice and service to a grateful nation.

NAPERVILLE AREA HUMANE SOCIETY promotes the humane treatment of companion animals and creates lasting human-animal bonds.  The shelter is limited admission for dog and cat adoption, foster care, and owner surrenders serving the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

LOAVES & FISHES COMMUNITY SERVICES provides healthy food and impactful programs to promote self-sufficiency. They are working to end hunger and transform lives. 

MIDWEST SHELTER FOR HOMELESS VETS provides housing, supportive services and community outreach to help homeless and at-risk veterans and their families achieve self-sufficiency. 

NAPERVILLE PARK DISTRICT provides recreation and park experiences that promote healthy lives, healthy minds and a healthy community.
 

OPERATION SUPPORT OUR TROOPS supports the morale and well-being of American forces by providing comfort, resources and education to them and their families both while they are deployed in harm’s way and after their return. 

PAWSitive THERAPY TROUPE is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to sharing registered therapy dogs with individuals in a wide variety of health care and educational settings–bringing comfort, support and encouragement through the unique healing power of the human-animal bond.

PEOPLE’S RESOURCE CENTER exists to respond to basic human needs, promote dignity and justice, and create a future of hope and opportunity for the residents of DuPage County, Illinois through discovering and sharing personal and community resources.

PETS FOR THE ELDERLY’s (PFE) mission is to provide companionship to senior individuals through pet ownership, while saving the lives of companion animals in shelters; animals which might otherwise be destroyed due to lack of appropriate homes, and space limitations.

PHIL’S FRIENDS is committed to bringing support and hope to those affected by cancer in the United States. They reach out through care packages, offer ongoing support through their Cards of Hope program, and spiritual support by way of prayer. 

THE GARDENWORKS PROJECT promotes organic suburban agriculture to improve the well-being of our community, the environment, and those facing food insecurity.  They empower, educate, and support all food growers in their efforts to nourish their families and neighbors in need.

SCARCE (School & Community Assistance for Recycling and Composting Education) is an award-winning environmental education non-profit dedicated to creating sustainable communities.

PROJECT HELP’s mission is to empower parents, nurture families and strengthen communities

READY SET RIDE’S mission is to provide therapeutic equine recreational activities to special needs or terminally ill individuals regardless of race or religion.  

TREES THAT FEED FOUNDATION  plants fruit trees in 17 countries. They donate breadfruit trees, mango trees, avocados, cashews, and many others. Their vision is seeing self-sustaining communities and entrepreneurs, based on agroforestry.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS ILLINOIS provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES ROOM AT EDWARD HOSPITAL exists so families can get better together. 

WEST SUBURBAN COMMUNITY PANTRY operates year-round with a goal that each eligible family in DuPage County receives nutritionally balanced food, including meats, dairy, and fresh produce monthly. 

WORLD RELIEF DUPAGE/AURORA has welcomed refugees and immigrants since 1979. They offer holistic services designed to promote local integration so that refugees and immigrants root and flourish in supportive communities.

RIPPLE KINDNESS PROJECT is a heart-centered primary school curriculum and community project inspiring and empowering people to make positive, transformational changes for greater peace and happiness.

SPECIAL SPACES ILLINOIS creates dream bedrooms for children with life-threatening medical illnesses. This is a place that only the child can dream or imagine while addressing their medical needs.

NAPERVILLE YMCAs make accessible the support and opportunities that empower people and communities to learn, grow and thrive. With a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility they focus on nurturing the potential of every youth and teen, improving our communities’ health and well-being and providing opportunities to give back to and support our neighbors.
